Unknown account in your Accounts Center
Hackers link their account so they can get back in.
Stuck? Hand it to a recovery team and skip the guesswork.
We'll handle it for you- Open Accounts Center, then Accounts.
- Find the profile you don't recognise and choose Remove.
- Change the password, then log out all sessions.
- Check the email, phone and 2FA settings again.
If you can't remove it, or it reappears, the hacker still has access somewhere. Start again from active intruder.
